CHARGES
Your credit card will be authorized at the time your order is placed, although it will not be charged until the order ships. Delivery charges are charged upon initial shipment regardless of order status (partial or complete) at the time of shipment.
DELIVERY METHODS
Standard Delivery: Most items ship via USPS, UPS Ground, UPS Air, or Federal Express within two business days. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
Express Delivery:
- Two day service - add $7.95
- Next day service - add $15.95
- Alaska & Hawaii (require Express Delivery) - add $7.95
Express Delivery cannot deliver to P. O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Mother's Day:
Due to a high order volume, we guarantee standard delivery by Mother's Day only if we receive your order by May 5. After May 5, to ensure receipt by Mother's Day, we recommend that you request Express Delivery; this option involves an extra charge.
Shipping charts are for domestic shipments within the continental United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of these products, only unopened/unused products in pristine condition may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund, credit, or exchange (excluding shipping and handling), and gift certificates are issued if the recipient returns merchandise received as a gift. To expedite return and exchange processing, please call Customer Service at 1-866-578-7700 for a Return Authorization Number. Complete the Return section of your shipping ticket, insure the package, and mail to: Deneen Rose, Inc. P. O. Box 2422, Lee's Summit, MO 64063.
